  I took a gamble, based upon some not so favorable reviews, but sought a sturdy bookshelf at a reasonable price and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered it just a couple of weeks before Christmas and was pleased that it arrived on Christmas Eve. Prior to arrival, there was communication of my order being received and then of shipment. The product is way superior to that which can be found on other sites for a similar price (not even solid wood, but a laminate over masonite, more or less!). Very solid, very easy to put together. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
